When my wife and I had a birthday coming up, we thought, "What's something fun we haven't done that is still COVID friendly for our family?" We were turned to Chef Mark Galvan of Zest and Savor to give us a treat we haven't experienced before.
Mark's interesting background growing up in a small town in the midwest, to becoming a ski bum and cook in mountain towns, to traversing the Appalachian trail, to starting his business, he brings all of his experience to the table and it is delicious!
